The Gym
Milo Fitness is a private personal training studio with multiple of all the best equipment. So you can consistently get a great workout without having to compromise like you would in a busy public gym.
Also you can enjoy your workout and focus on training without the added distractions of too many people being around you.

How much does personal training cost?
What does a typical session with me involve?
The Cost depends on the length of your program and how many sessions per week you do, with loyalty and frequency being rewarded with a discount.
This depends on your goals. But I mostly help my clients with mastering weight training exercises in all of the movement patterns; squat, lunge, push, pull, twist and bend. This builds a strong muscular body that performs well.
How long does the session last?
How long will I need to train with you
All my sessions are 1 hour long, This gives us enough time for a proper warm-up, while exercising multiple muscles groups.
The minimum period I do is 12 weeks, this enables us to work together long enough to achieve a lot while truly solidify the new habits to keep the results you achieved.
